SnapTravel is a conversational commerce startup, allowing millions of users around the world to book their travel over messaging.

We are working on complex problems within NLP (understanding and replying to ambiguous human messaging), Conversational Commerce (optimizing conversions and user behavior over chat) and Machine Learning (choosing the best hotel automatically from a large data set with complex market dynamics) to push the boundaries of tech and travel globally.

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with 3-4+ years of experience to join and help scale our Frontend Engineering team. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you are comfortable writing clean, logical Javascript code and having full ownership over your features and services from end to end.You will help to ensure we maintain a high-quality codebase by conducting rigorous peer code reviews, helping to level up and mentor more junior engineers, and constantly innovating to use the latest and greatest tools and tech. Regardless of the technology or tools that you use, you believe in test-driven development (TDD), shipping things quickly, and constantly iterating to make the product and codebase better.


  • You have at least 3-4 years of front-end software development work experience, and ideally have built products in a startup environment
  • You learn quickly, regardless of the languages and technologies used
  • You have experience taking ownership and shipping entire features end-to-end
  • You thrive on solving complex problems with logical, well-reasoned solutions
  • Bonus points if you’ve been involved in reviewing code and mentoring junior engineer
